These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Movement Lab website and services. Movement Lab is operated by Whisper LLC (“Movement Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Coaching disclaimer

Movement Lab provides movement and mobility coaching for educational and general wellness purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new movement or exercise program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.

SMS / text messaging program terms

By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, through our website chat widget or a lead form), you agree to receive promotional and transactional text messages from Movement Lab — including the free guide, educational tips, offers, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and replies to your inquiries.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or email brendan@movementlab.fit.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, guides, and the Movement Lab name and branding — is owned by Whisper LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movement Lab and Whisper LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
