Who we are
Movement Lab is a movement & mobility coaching service operated by Whisper LLC (“Movement Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at brendan@movementlab.fit or (508) 501-3351.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide — your name, email address, and phone number — for example when you request our free guide, fill out an assessment, or book a call.
- Messages and responses you send us through our website chat widget, lead forms, or assessment forms.
- Usage data such as pages visited and general analytics, collected automatically to help us improve the site.
How we use your information
- To deliver the free guide and other resources you request.
- To respond to your questions and schedule coaching calls.
- To send you promotional and transactional text messages and emails that you have consented to receive (for example, tips, offers, the free guide, follow-ups, and appointment reminders).
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business, including LeadConnector / HighLevel (our CRM, chat widget, and SMS/email delivery), Calendly (call scheduling), Google (forms and file delivery), and Meta/Facebook (lead forms and advertising). These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
SMS / mobile information sharing
No mobile information, text-messaging opt-in, or consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with the service providers above solely to operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is used only to deliver our own messages on our behalf — it is not shared for those providers’ own marketing, and it excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Access & deletion: email brendan@movementlab.fit to request access to or deletion of your information.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
