Common questions.
Do I need any equipment?
Minimal equipment. A resistance band, a wall, and the floor covers most of the work. Specific needs are assessed on the call.
How long does the program take?
Most clients move through all five phases over 3–6 months depending on starting point and training frequency. The phases aren't time-gated. They're milestone-gated.
I've tried mobility programs before and they didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most mobility programs treat the symptom. The Method works on the nervous system pattern driving the restriction. That's a fundamentally different approach, which is why it produces different results.
